Service Fees

Service fees cover consultancy, documentation assistance, and application processing support.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Service cancellation before documentation processing begins
• Duplicate payment made by the client

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable if:

• The application process has already started
• Documents have been reviewed or prepared
• Government filing has been initiated
• Services have been delivered as agreed

Government fees paid to authorities are generally non-refundable.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
